The service was decent. Hotel room was not the cleanest. Towels are fine example of not crispy white. Bed covers had some stains, floor was slippery. Overall you get what you paid for.

May want to rethink this decision
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsHideous--floor was soaking wet when I checked in, towels were damp and never dried out, blood on bedspread, dark icky large spot on blanket, funky smell from not so clean cleaning products. Walls were paper thin and man next door started screaming Oh My God at 4:00 in the morning and there was some kind of fight in the parking lot after 11:00. NEVER again

We stayed here to go to a concert and check in is at 3. I arrived around 3:30 and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour until it was ready. I came back an hour later and he asked if I was going to the concert, when I said yes he asked if I would care to check in after the show.. around midnight. I said absolutely not and then it was ready in about 10 minutes. I understand staffing issues are pretty common these days, but it’s ridiculous to think check in 9 hours after the normal time for the normal price is fine. The room was pretty clean, but the front desk was not helpful at all. The price and location to the venue were reasonable.
