Smelled terrible. Dirty, No night staff for check in. Only stayed to sleep.

I really should have paid attention to the other reviews. If I could review with 0 stars, I would.
Upon arrival, the front desk woman kept her head down watching her tablet completely ignoring us, with zero customer service manners. I asked if she had a room at ground level. She looked at the computer, grabbed a key and started walking towards the hallway (without saying a word, I didn’t know what she was doing), then she came back and gave me the key to a room at lower level. When we entered the room, it had a horrible strong odor, horrible mattress, walls that looked under construction, but the odor was enough for me to go back to the front desk and ask if we could get another room. She rolled her eyes and said no. I asked why, since I had another room reserved for me and the one she gave was a trade, so my original room was still available. She replied very rude saying that I had gotten what I paid for, if I didn’t like it, I could get out and go find another hotel. She had said that the manager was on the property but she refused to page him. When I asked for a customer service phone number, she just put her head down again back to watch her movies or whatever. Again, if you can, avoid this property at all cost. They should be closed down as it is a shame for the brand. Zero quality, zero service.

Kids running in the halls. Grown people laying in hallways, no hot water for 2 of the 4 days I was there, room had bad odor, fridge did not work, and the tv only had one channel. It seems as if the staff lived there. Not the best stay at all.

We walked in Hotel, and it was filthy. Floors, walls, and clerk didn’t even get up to help us. We walked out and never stayed in that dump. People hanging out in parking lot made us feel unsafe and we didn’t want to leave our car there. Corporate needs to address this property. Expedia so far has been no help in getting charges resolved.

First off let me explain the audacity of this place..I walk in there is not one person at the front desk. It was kids playing in the lobby and behind the front desk wow!..after 12am...when they should be sleep for one thing. The two kids had to go outside an get the young lady who works the front desk... So I said okay unprofessional. Really thought I was going to get a good night sleep. Nope! 😐 Booked a King room wasn't available but was available on line. So the young lady checked us into a Double room I was okay with it. Get to the room the door was open.it wouldn't close so we had to slam cool small thing only one night we will be okay... Pull the covers back on the bed an I was disappointed because I was soo sleepy. Hair and crumbs from the last guess who slept in the bed. Sheets was never changed. Didn't even want to take a picture. Asked for another room to accommodate this Atrocity of the matter. Didn't have any rooms so I asked for a full refund but never again. I was pissed because I ended up sleeping in my car and my refund 3-5 business days! Unhappy all the way around.

It was an awful experience at Quality Inn, Columbus, OH!!
I had reserved 2 rooms and when we reached at 2AM on the day of the check-in, we got keys for 2 rooms. We were able to get inside one room but other room key was not working. Also, we were hearing someone talking from inside.
When checked at the front desk, they did not even provide an alternate room and one family ended up staying in car until morning. Front desk staff asked us to check with Manager, but manager did not even show up at the hotel. I have even tried to reach out via an email, but they did not have courtesy to reply to an email and acknowledge.
They did not even refund the amount for one room. Front desk staff always points to manager for any issues but manager does not even show up to the hotel. We waited till 10AM in the morning for the manager, but no luck.
Totally, it was a terrible experience at this hotel. I would never chose Quality Inn for my any of my future trips. I don't even recommend this to my friends.
