accueil pas terrible, chambre sale. pas terrible comme hotel, j’ai vu mieux. Heureusement le sejour etait court.

My husband needed a room to stay in on his way home from a trip due to being ill. The room wasn’t cleaned and very dirty.

A place to lay head

A affordable place to lay your head during business trip. First room smelled of smoke and the second room had a stuffy mildew smell no matter how I tried to deodorize. The floor wasn't the cleaniest you can tell it had not been mopped/vacuumed. I was provided clean towels during my stay. Refrigerator wasn't the cleanest, but it did keep things cold. Can't speak for anyone else, but I have yet to receive my deposit refund. When I call to follow up on it, I get the same associate no matter what time I call, and I can tell I'm getting on his nerves by calling. I have stayed at Red Roofs in other locations, but the issues I had with this one, I never experienced. I will be in the area often for business but I will not return here.

Do not recommend.

Had to run the shower for over an hour before it got even a little bit warm to take a nice shower. The tv barely worked, WiFi was shotty. There were multiple stink bugs in the room on the ceiling. My husband told me to ignore them after I made it remove the 4th one from the room because he was tired of getting them for me. Oh yea and when I did finally take a shower, as I was drying off…… I noticed a pretty long piece of hair stuck to my body from the towel….. do yall really wash the bath towels??? I damn near want a refund but my husband told me not to bother.
