We didnt have any issues with cleanliness, but we had multiple issues with the front desk, there was 3 of us staying in the room, and i arrived with one, and the other arrived soon after and I spoke to the front desk about this and they said they would give her a key card after seeing her ID and that it wouldn’t be an issue, the person never put it in the system and didn’t tell anyone when she left so I then had to come back and show my ID to check in my friend, after this the gentleman working the front desk named Baul said he needed to make us all new key cards since we were adding one; we had this done and I took one and so did my friend, the third one staying with us was out at dinner, and Baul said he would hold her key card for her and we left her name and we were told there would be no issues, when my friend returned at night I was asleep and so was my other friend, she went to the front desk and said she needed her key card and that they had her info, the same gentleman that we made sure had the key card told her he didn’t know what she was talking about and wouldn’t give her the card, luckily I heard my phone vibrating and woke up,and let her in the room, we were super angry and this point because this is now the second issue we had with him, the next morning my friend went and spoke with the front desk and said we needed her card, they said they had no idea what we were talking about and made ANOTHER set of key cards for us, unable to type anything else due tospace

Room wasn’t super clean but it was affordable. Couldn’t get towels due to the hotel being sold out and guests hoarding them. For note: you could see spilt stuff on the walls and tables, it just needed a good wipe down furniture wise.

When cleaning the room during a one-week stay, I would like the provided coffee cups to be refilled. It's a hassle to have to go to the front desk to get more cups.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous time but not in the last year or two. No longer has a breakfast, just coffee. Noone who works there is a native English speaker. It has changed.
