A lot of noise at night outside by pool. Also, you can hear when people are walking in hallway, especially running kuds

Hotel failed to refund my deposit. Reservation line says I need to contact the front desk. But does not have the number and the number is not listed online.

Never in my life did I imagine we were going to experience bed bugs and roaches! We were horrified! Plus there was a musty smell in my daughter in law’s room with stains in the curtains. Mold was evident and our bedding was stained. Pool was extremely dirty on the bottom and its surroundings. Staff helped until a local who is a frequent customer spoke up on our behalf. Inspection needs to be done asap! Needs to be closed down until it’s demolished and rebuilt.
