Thank you John for submitting an online rating, we see we only got a "1" star from you, we hope that any issue that came up while on our property was resolved when you brought it up to the Front Desk Associate, we don't see any notes in your file so we assume it was taken care of, because if Front Desk isn't told we can't fix it, we hope next time you stay in Columbus you stay with us!
