Not quite what we expected
Paid extra for a loft room. The couch had holes in it. Window was open and wouldn’t close. Table was beat up. Had to walk a distance to the main hotel for amenities.

NYE stay
Coffee supplies in room were not restocked. 2 k cups in room and an opened pack of condiments ie sugar, sweetener, creamer. No extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and not sure how the towels are stocked as every hotel is different but only 2 body towels were provided.
