Host Jan was brilliant. A very lovely woman who offered lots of advice from things to do in north wales and how to get about if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Room was a little dated but had everything you needed and it was very clean. Bathroom was on the smaller side. The location is also super close to the train station which makes it really accessible if you aren’t driving. Overall - I would definitely return if I came back to north wales.

non-existent room service

Our stay at this BnB was a major disappointment. We were there for two nights on a work trip, and the lack of basic services was unbelievable. There was no room service at all—no cleaning, no fresh towels, and the bin was left overflowing. When we asked why the room hadn’t been cleaned, we were given the worst excuse: they claimed that since our belongings were in the room, they didn’t want to risk being accused of stealing! That’s simply unacceptable.
Coming back after a long day of work to find no clean towels or a tidied-up room was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I noticed that whenever someone leaves a bad review on their Google page, the management responds in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated poorly and paying for non-existent services.
Breakfast service for good no complaint about that

I went in to your room to clean and I thought you'd be burgled .there was stuff learning all over the beds . You then came down the next morning and complained your room was down as every other b and b had put fresh sheets on ( no b and b does that . I did explain that I wasn't going to move the stuff off the bed as we could be accused of stealing . Why didn't you use the wadrobe and draws available to put your stuff away . You're both grown man in your 60,s

Lovely hotel to stay. Situated good for beach, promenade walks into Rhos on Sea as well as around Colwyn.
Jan proprietor very informative and friendly
Breakfast was great filled me up for the day. Had a single room which fulfilled my requirements. Would recommend

Hosts were excellent. Check-in and check-out very swift. Breakfast was very nice and free parking was what i needed the most. Good place when you're visiting North Wales

It was just an over night sleep having driven down from Aberdeen going on to Southampton the next morning it was all we wanted the room was ok our breakfast was good plenty of it.
