There were stains on furniture and curtains. Some were brown. Hotel had a funny smell. Room was hot

My room was GREAT! There were a few bugs & crickets on my floor (NOT ROACHES).
One of their luggage carts need to be replaced though. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

At first glance not bad until you go to your assigned room. Walk across the floor with no shoes yuk. Feels like the shampooed the carpet everyday and failed to vaccum up the cleaning fluids. Bathrooms dark and grungy. Couldn’t see to apply makeup or my husband couldn’t see to shave.
Lamps didn’t work from no lightbulbs or burned out.
Bad reputation amongst the community as well…

103 shower head needs replaced to something that doesn’t soak the wall and floor when on spray. Looking at the walls and floor, it’s been doing this a while. Rust, peeling wall paper, darkened grout.
