Only thing I didn't like was not having the pullout sofa already made up and I had to go all the way to the service desk to ask for bedding

This is apparently the most expensive hotel in town. But for $90 what do you expect. The first room we checked into was stifflingly warm and humid, plus the TV didn't work. We turned the AC on to see if the room would begin to cool, but the AC never had cold air blowing. We requested a new room. The TV at least worked in this room, but it too was very warm and humid - but the AC would at least blow cold air. So we settled. We left for dinner hoping that when we return it would be cool in the room. It wasnt really, but it was better. We basically slept on top of the sheets the whole night. The room however was clean. Furniture was very dated and worn. The breakfast the next morning was --- not good. I've played racquet ball with something less bouncy than the eggs. The OJ and coffee were very watered down. The waffle was great however! I did leave something valuable in my room and had to return over 12 hours later after we checked out to retrieve it - and it was handed to me safe and sound. So, I'll give them kodos for being honest! If you just need a no expectations place to stay, this might work. But if you can get to the next town, it might be worth the drive...

Really the only thing i didnt like was in room with pool and spa was cold the pool was so cold couldnt swim and spa wasnt really even warm much less hot but other then that our stay was excellent

Furniture in room was old and smelly. Room was musty, no phone in room. Wall socket hanging out of wall, had to kill a few roaches. Trash in front flower beds, stains on walls, arrived 1.5 hours early amd was told there was a $20 early check in fee until we said we did not have cash then it was waived on the positive breakfast area very clean, bed and bed linens were good.

We do pest control every two weeks. We would look into fixing everything and working on improvements. Allow us some time until your next stay to bring the upgrades in place.
