Amazing location right in front of the Duomo, easy and safe access with door codes, clean and renovated amenities, coffee available just outside the room. Great value and comfort, plus staff extremely welcoming on the phone :)

Needs to provide better detail for transportation to room. Pedestrian traffic only. We’re to meet taxi or bus number to train station.

Renter beware, this is a two story walk up apartment and the only place that this fact is mentioned is under "Amenities", "No Elevators" (all it said) is clearly not an amenity. When advertising a unit for rent a two story walk up should be CLEARLY indicated in case it is someone with disabilities. We had tons of luggage and would never have rented this unit had that been very clear to us.
Also, the sink was backed up and drained slowly and one of the bathroom lights did not work.
For the price paid for this unit the value did not match, this unit is worth about 50 Euros per night in my opinion. It is a very dumpy looking place, location is good though.

Dear customer, he wrote to me many times because he had not read what floor the room was on, the photos reflect what we offer and writing suqllido is on the verge of a libel complaint. Having said that you filled the sink with hair and the next day the plumber had to unclog it and there was a burnt out lamp that was replaced but this is routine maintenance. You left the room in a sorry state with garbage all over the place. Since we know people who complain like you, we also offered to leave the room with a refund but you said it was fine. I ask expedia to intervene because I will send you all the communication that took place with the customer and you will realize the availability we have had. Al Duomo

La ringraziamo per la sua recensione. Purtroppo avevamo pensato che il web check in fosse la soluxione ideale per questo periodo ma visto lo scontento degli ospiti lo abbiamo tolto. ci auguriamo che possa ritornare e apprezzare il resto dei servizi.
