appartement très bien situé, avec vue sur l'océan.

Cuisine bien équipée,appartement situé à écart de l'agitation de vina del Mar mais accès facile à Valparaiso.
Je recommande cette location.

Con Con Considerations
Publié le 13 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe location and the view were very nice. Surprised on how much fog was there, only two sunny days. But you travel a couple miles inland and it is all gone. The host was very accommodating. We might not return to Con Con, but if we do, we would stay here again. Thanks....

Beautiful apartment!

It is an older building and some of the dishes were a bit dirty, but it had the perfect amount of space and incredible views of the beach from both upstairs and downstairs. Very close to a lot of restaurants and a very cool surf town, and it was great to have a parking spot for our rental car. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and view

Perfect Coastal Location

The view overlooking the beach, close proximity to other beaches, Valparaiso, Vina del Mar and short walking distance into town was ideal. The owner, Mark was there to greet us with info for local places to shop and other sights nearby. It was a great place to stay as our first stop in Chile!

Beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean
Publié le 4 févr. 2018 sur HomeAwayIf you're looking for a perfect place to enjoy the Chilean coast, The Navigator's Nook is a great choice. Mark and Pamela were delightful hosts, helpful in every way. We loved looking out over the sea whether it was from the first or second floor balconies. The sound of the waves were the perfect way to start and end the day. It is well located, just a short walk down the hill and you're on the beach. Grocery stores were nearby, the local market sells delicious local fruits and vegetables. We visited the Case Blanca and Aconcagua wine valleys, which were about one to two hours away by car. Shower had plenty of hot water, the bed was firm, the kitchen had gas stove and roomy refrigerator. Highly recommended.

Great view and location in a beautiful seaside town!
Publié le 3 janv. 2018 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at the Nook. The view from every room, window and deck is outstanding! My wife and I were looking for a quiet spot to relax after travelling in South America for two months, and this place was perfect. We could relax on the decks and watch the surfers and the beach, and yet Concon is just around the corner from a spectacular 45 minute local bus ride along the Pacific to both Vina deal Mar and Valparaiso that costs less than $2 per person.
Nice restaurants and friendly people.
Mark and Pamela were very helpful, particularly in taking care of a few issues on our arrival (the coffee maker and the hot water initially didn't work - but they were immediately replaced or repaired), and in orienting us to Concon.
The Nook's location is unbeatable, on the cliff right above the south end of the beach, with an uninterrupted view. There is a farmers market about ten minutes away that is open on Wednesday and Saturday, a supermarket, panateria and everything else available within a ten minute walk.
The only thing that makes this a four star rather than a five star rating is that the place could use a bit of TLC. The faucets are loose and hard to turn off, some of the lights were burned out, some of the kitchen cupboards were loose on their hinges, and things like the Venetian blinds were pretty dusty, but for us these didn't offset our enjoyment of this great little hideaway!
We loved it and would definitely recommend it for people who want to chill in a beautiful Chilean beachside town?

Concon apartment
Publié le 25 nov. 2016 sur HomeAwayThis apartment is probably best suited for budget travelers who want to be close to Concon. Great view and breezes. Owner is friendly, easy walk to beach. Neighborhood is safe (though we had a bag stolen from our locked car at a nearby overlook) and the kitchen contains essential cutlery, pots,pans etc. Biggest complaint is that the apt is tired and could use a good clean.
