The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the carpeting, furniture and overall area felt worn and tired.

The hotel was centrally located to different restaurants and activities during my trip to that area.

Curtains in my toon were full of tears.
Very limited food option for dinner.
Also breakfast. It opened at 8. I had to be in the conference room at 7:30.
No lunch availability.
Had dinner there but service was terrible. Actually they forgot to cook our meal. Had to be reminded.
Front desk staff were great. Especially Monica.

Looks good on website, but rooms are old and outdated. At least the parking was convenient. Nice area with plenty of cute dining options. Concierge did the best she could. It seemed like she was working the desk alone for 2-3 days. House keeping did not clean the room in the 3 days we stayed. We had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, etc. Not sure if we’ll be returning to this hotel.

Nightmare Check-In

Front desk receptionist did her best to man the front but the managers made No action plan to appease customers for this extreme inconvenience! Not to mention I went to get a bottle of water and they were trying to charge $8?! Tell me why it’s cheaper to buy alcohol than it is to buy water? No credits, no refunds, absolutely No concern for customer satisfaction.
The room itself was extremely old and poorly cleaned.
Disappointed in the hotel managers to not attempt to make this situation right.

There was a few dining options within walking distance but not too much. No breakfast options
