We booked at Hilton recently because it is a known quantity and a reasonable price. Just a couple of nits to pick, however.
First, they did not disclose that there is a $20.00 parking fee. I re-checked the property description and there was no mention of this charge.
Second, the HVAC was quite loud. It reminded me of the two years I spent aboard a WWII aircraft carrier. Not a deal breaker, but it might be an issue for some.
Finally, the breakfast at the on-site restaurant. The over-easy egg was significantly overcooked and tough, the home fries lukewarm. As a former restaurant owner, I know that cooking eggs properly is a test for many line cooks, but for an $18.00 breakfast I expect a level of competence in the kitchen.
None of the above is a deal breaker for me. The property was clean and conveniently situated, and our experience overall was acceptable.

The desk attendant was not welcoming at all. He did not explain how parking went, where our rooms are, how the keys work, how the elevators worked, or asked if we had any questions. I had to ask all those questions. The property itself looked nice but our room was dirty. There was a smell from the air conditioner and it was very loud, there were stains on the bedding and chairs, the tv sound didn’t work, and the mini fridge didn’t work and spoiled our food that we left there overnight. I also called room service three times and no one picked up. I told them all of this and they only comped our parking.
