This house is amazing....so impeccably clean; beautiful layout for maximum view of lake & surrounding area; wonderful amenities...some houses we've stayed at have way too much "stuff" in them...this house had just enough for us...just enough kitchen appliances/plates, etc., just enough towels, just enough chairs outdoors....nothing was overdone & everything was classy, clean & beautiful. We appreciated the central air, the laundry facilities and the outdoor, wrap-around porch -- we spent much time, sitting on that porch. We also loved the patio area downstairs, as well as the patio area out back, by the barn. Thank you so very much, Tim & Chrisanne....your place was perfect!

Girls weekend, quiet street, absolutely perfect!
This was our 2nd annual girls weekend, and we were so happy with the house and atmosphere. It should be known our group comes with 3, 60+ women, 2 of which are very particular, and this house passed their test with flying colors. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and glasses. The view of the lake, from our “fish bowl” view was great at any time, day or night. We didn’t need a thing, but Tim was a text/ phone call away. He offered great vegan options for myself, and gave things to do in both directions around the lake. We all highly recommend this house for anytime of the year, for a great relaxing getaway. While we stayed in October and aren’t an “active group,” I did some research and there are many activities nearby like fishing, boat rentals, (the lake is literally across the street), in the winter, ice fishing, skiing, etc. For us, it was exploring the little shops, dinner in the Finger lakes , card games at the big table overlooking the lake, and the excellent wrap around porch, for day and night chats with the girls. It was a great way to unplug and spend time together. Everything was new, fresh, clean and well thought of. Would love to come back with the family. Thanks, Tim!

From the moment you pull up to the beautiful A-frame home to the detailed high-end finishout upon entering to the breathtaking views. We had a wonderful get away! The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well equipped! Tim, the owner was very accessible and accommodating. There was a welcome bottle of wine and candy upon our arrival. It was a short 2 day get away and we didn’t want to leave. Location is great, lake access, close to Letchworth State Park, Breweries, grocery and more. Thank you Tim for sharing this gem! Highly recommend!
