Very enjoyable stay.

disappointing bar service let’s down this hotel
Publié le 27 août 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel was lovely, staff on check in were great. The bar staff and service in the restaurant were terrible. One meal missing from dinner, we asked twice for the kissing meal and it eventually arrived as everyone had finished, no apology even when we asked. We were also left without cutlery and had to ask for some. When the missing meal arrived, there was no onion rings. Child’s roast dinner arrived with mostly veg, 2 potatoes no Yorkshire pudding. Dessert ordered wAs for 2 ice creams, which also arrived and was incorrect and had to be re ordered. We stayed Bank holiday weekend and I appreciate it was a busy weekend as the weather was lovely but surely you get your staff in order before a busy weekend. An apology and explanation would haven taken 2 minutes instead of just ignoring us then being rude
