Cozy, beautiful apartment at Avanti Cove

Come and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway, less than a mile from the north end of Conneaut Lake. Recently given a complete overhaul and renovation, this compact, cozy efficiency apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including wifi, central air, smart TV, queen sized bed with Nectar mattress, plenty of parking, and a large deck area to enjoy the outdoors. There is plenty of off-street parking - enough for multiple vehicles, a boat, a trailer, or whatever else you might need to park.

Smelled great as soon as you walked in. Parking close to door. Great cover deck with clean chairs. Close to lakes. Very quiet and peacefully. Few cold water in fridge. And flavored coffee creamer perfect for waking up. Loved it!

Perfect Little Getaway
My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend. It is clean,(maybe one or two corner dust webs but the apartment was very clean) comfortable, and decorated adorably. It has more of a motel feel and that is what we were expecting. I have no criticisms only suggestions. A long length mirror on the back of the closet would be nice. We also talked about how nice it would be to have a campfire. There is a small grassy lot across the parking lot. The building and outside wasn’t much but we didn’t mind. The place is adorable!

Our visit with family
The place was very clean, close to where our family and friends live, so was conveniently located for us. One suggestion, as we were there for two weeks, cooked some of our meals, would have appreciated a casserole or other that could use in the oven. Also perhaps a couple more dish towels. Had more than ample bath towels, wash clothes, etc.

Great studio apartment Conneut Lake
Modern, clean, comfortable and updated studio apartment in Conneut Lake PA. 2 night stay for a local wedding and close to restaurants and everything in town. William, co-host , was very attentive and helpful. Our studio. #16, had access to a great covered porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

For the reason we had to visit the area, William was fantastic. We got in super late and had no issues getting in. I loved the simple check in process of just showing up to your room! All around an amazing stay. Great location too, was right in the middle of where i needed to be.

Nice and out of the way. Away from the bustle. Very easy to work with. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. There was even a grill on a deck that actually isn’t listed, but it was a bit cold still to really enjoy sitting outside. Sink was great and easy to clean dishes. Internet access was good, was able to watch some movies at the end of the day. Overall very good experience, even better than most places I’ve been. If I was ever in this area again, I would stay here.

Wonderful experience
The only downside of this VRBO is that we didn't discover it earlier! The apartment was immaculately clean, provided all the comforts of home and made it possible to travel with our dog. It is located only a few miles away from Allegheny College and we have booked for all our upcoming visits.

Great Stay at Avanti Cove
We loved our stay at this rental. It was very easy to find and very clean inside. The hosts had great communication about the location and entry procedure and they followed up about our stay. The rental is at the north-west end of the lake, just a quick drive to the cute Conneaut Lake town. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Perfect location

Our unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay! A supply of K cups, bottled water and spices was a welcomed touch! Great communication before, during and after our stay. The only downside was the outside of the buildings, the neighboring units…for two women traveling solo, it felt a little sketchy:(

The studio apt was exactly as pictured. Nice and clean, i would have paid as much or more for a hotel room. We had one issue on our last night, there was a storm and we lost all internet service. I sent William a message and he responded promptly. Although he tried, he was unable to fix the issue and the company had to send a repairman out. He follow up to let us know.
