Good and clean. Elevator was not working

I felt safe here at this location. The staff was was courteous and accommodating. My only complaint to an otherwise great stay was, my shower only came out as a trickle in which I could barely soak my wash cloth with water.

Carl We are so happy to know you felt safe at our hotel, and that my staff provided to best hospitality that they has to offer. I wish you told us at the time that the water presser was not to adequate when you were here and given us the chance to have maintenance correct the issues. We hope you give us another opportunity to improve with your next stay.

Great place to stay.
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThis was one of four different hotels I have stayed at in the city of Conroe. And by far the best. Very comfortable and clean ! AND they give you six pillows on your King size bed. It’s was great. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was good. For being a busy hotel the two nights I was there it was loud or noisy at all.

It was a wonderful stay.. it was so clean the lady that was at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. I went there right after I got off my job and my room was ready. The bed was so comfortable and soft pillows.

Not Very Quiet Night
Publié le 24 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room and service were good. The problem was that this is a pet-friendly hotel and dogs were barking all night. This was on the third floor of the hotel and there were rooms across and next to me with pets. Perhaps they should consider placing pet rooms on the first floor.
