would have given this. 5 star review and was planning on staying there again until I was lied to. I relized after I left that I forgot my bamboo, cooling body pillow. Not a cheap pillow. I called the night associate was nice and said he couldn't check until housekeeping comes in in the morning. So I called in the morning the lady at the desk said I will call you back in a few minutes when they come in. Didn't recieve a call. No problem. Called again the lady said they were in a meeting. No problem just call back when they are done. Never recieved a call. So decided to just stop in there. When I got there she went to housekeeper and said they have it and washed it because it had urine on it in front of another customer. I said "I HOPE NOT". I surley don't urinate on my expensive pillow. Now granted it wasn't perfect but when I get home it was no where near clean. It had food on it stains on it. It was nasty dirty. I would have understood if they said sorry we threw it away but we can get it out of the trash. But to lie and say you washed it and it had urine on it. Come on now. That's ridiculous. Definitely not happy with the way they handled that situation. I would say it's more the housekeepers lie then anyone else but frustrated that the front desk said it had urine on it. And not returning the call a little frustrating.

Truly sorry for any inconvenience. When housekeeping found the pillow it was in bad condition. So we added it with our linen so we could wash it for you. But you arrived before it could be washed, so therefore it was still dirty. We do apologize about any confusion or miscommunication. We do hope you come back and see us so we can make it up to you.
