Zero Bedrooms, One Bath
Posted Dec. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayThe listing needs to clarify that the one bedroom isn't an actual bedroom. There are "sleeping opportunities" in the shared common room that serves as the kitchen, sleeping area, and living room, but most people define a bedroom as a separate room with a bed and a closet. It should also say that one full bath is downstairs, and the other bath is in a detached garage 250 feet away from the main house. Other issues were a couple of roaches that found their way into our luggage, an odor in the house that wasn't enjoyable, and a small shower with a slow drain. We survived, but this will not be a repeat stay for us.

Wonderful Room with a View
Posted Apr. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay. The deck and view of Lake Conroe was fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. The deck is the star and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Getaway

Valentines get away

Winter lake visit
Posted Jan. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayHad an enjoyable time. Home is very comfortable and clean. View of the lake is was very nice. Was here in January so the area was very quiet and relaxing. Would be absolutely perfect for a summer stay.

Cutest Little Lake House!!
Posted Nov. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayOur first impression was how clean the house smelled. It was easy to find - it was dark and raining when we arrived, so that should tell you something! You do have to walk about 20-30 yards from the parking spot to the house, so I'd recommend bringing a small folding wagon and umbrella just in case. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could need. We didn't get to enjoy the fishing pier due to the weather, but it was so relaxing to stay in and enjoy the view with all the windows! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our little getaway & look forward to going back.

Perfect lakefront location
Posted Oct. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayThe boathouse and large patio offered great views, was well stocked and was the perfect weekend getaway. To launch our pontoon, the closest public ramp was 4 miles away, called April Plaza. The marina and ramp next door are private since 2022. The upstairs is a single space for kitchen, dining, living and sleeping. Perfect for couples.
