Wonderful Room with a View
Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay. The deck and view of Lake Conroe was fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. The deck is the star and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Getaway

Winter lake visit

Cutest Little Lake House!!
Publié le 17 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayOur first impression was how clean the house smelled. It was easy to find - it was dark and raining when we arrived, so that should tell you something! You do have to walk about 20-30 yards from the parking spot to the house, so I'd recommend bringing a small folding wagon and umbrella just in case. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could need. We didn't get to enjoy the fishing pier due to the weather, but it was so relaxing to stay in and enjoy the view with all the windows! It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our little getaway & look forward to going back.

Perfect lakefront location

To launch our pontoon, the closest public ramp was 4 miles away, called April Plaza. The marina and ramp next door are private since 2022. The upstairs is a single space for kitchen, dining, living and sleeping. Perfect for couples.

Fishing Getaway
