First atrempt to get rge room was awful. Gave me a key to a truly messed up uncleaned room. Second attempt was decent. Long wait in the lobby before i got the second room after a 9 hour drive.

This place is really dirty. The first room they gave us had blood on the bed and wall and toilet paper. Roaches under the bed and on the walls. The bed covers were dirty and had multiple cigarette burns on each one. The girl at the desk told me it was marks from the washing machine.

Everything was great except when I opened the door to the room, I was hit in the face with a strong odor of marijuana.

room was in great shape, clean and nice smell if had a tiny tiny flaw it was the tube was new and slick need something like strips or mat to stand on

I booked a room thinking it was for the 11th but when I finished paying it appeared as the 13th. I canceled the reservation minutes after realizing my mistake and was told I would hear back within 72 hours!! By the time 72 hours passed the check in and stay had already occurred. I reached out to the customer service and chatted with someone and when I told them everything they responded with we will reach you by email within 24-48 hours, which was also going to surpass the check in!! When I asked to speak to someone over the phone they told me they’ve done everything on their end and that was that. I had a room already for the 13th and didn’t need an additional room. My family have been affected by Hurricane Beryl and we had no place else to go. Money is already tight and now they won’t issue a refund for the night. Thanks for nothing!!! I understand a no refund policy, but I cancelled before their system probably even booked my room!! I feel robbed.
