Was a new person at counter said card didn't go through when it did i got chatted twice and now have to wait for my refund to hit my bank

I made a reservation for my mom because the ac in her house went out.. when I arrived, I was informed that they would not be giving us a room. Because they didn't have any rooms available, yet the website and the corporate number both said otherwise. What I'm pretty sure was the actual case, is that the person who was supposed to be working (Asia is what they said their name was), wasn't actually at the hotel.. they never came out to speak with me, just from a number that was left at the front desk. I would not recommend anyone deal with the unprofessional attitudes that this hotel decided to show us.

Roaches in the Room

There was roaches in room, daughter killed one Moved night stand where it came from, and there was a dirty napkin! Ended up leaving, and getting a different hotel! Went to front desk, and it was “closed” with number to call. Called the number, was told it was closed, I explained situation and was told well there is “no refunds”. I informed them I had pictures and would be seeking a refund since I wasn’t staying there They told me “well you’re going to have to call the manager, and she’ll be back Monday”
