I booked an ap for 3 person and we really loved the location, property and how clean it was. I highly recommend it!

Nice Beach Apartment

The apartment was a good size and the couch was very comfortable. It was also close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay again!

Bra lägenhetshotell
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HotelsEtt mycket bra ställe att bo på i Constanta. Nära till stranden, service, restauranger och busshållplats. Lägenheten är rymlig, fräsch och har nödvändiga bekvämligheter.

The property is a very nice place if you wanna relax or just been really near to the beach. The area is very quite. You have a McDonald’s 24/7 in 10min walk. The Staff is really helpful.

Modest unit at x3 the price
Publié le 14 août 2019 sur HotelsA modest location, basement unit at three times the price of local housing prices. Do not expect room-service, you dispose of the garbage yourself. Sewage smell inside, amended with some chemicals that (sort of) unclogged the sewage, but remained iffy. No running hot-water, just a 10 gl electrical water heater insufficient for the proper shower of 2 persons. Kids play-space set up by the owners just outside the window, giving you a prompt wake up (so you can leave your alarm clock at home). Fits well in the local scenery of prices double those of "an honest rip-off".

Dear guest, first of all, thanks for your review and for the time you found to do that. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy at the maximum your stay at our location, but, sincerely, you have choosen the smallest apartment we can offer at the lower ground floor....we will be happy to have you again as our guest in a larger and "better" apartment and we are sure that you will change your opinion....According to the prices...like you could verify when your made your reservation....our apartments are cheaper than the similar one in our zone....If you say that all the romanian prices in this period are too expensive,...maybe I agree with you..but the market make the prices....not us!! The Kids play-ground is something very appreciated from other guests that has children and is free of charge...The electrical water heater has 30 liter capacity....we know that we can't satisfy 100% of our guests and we are very sorry that you enter in the (thanks to God) small part of unsatisfied.

Nice spot
Publié le 8 sept. 2018 sur HotelsThe apartment is quite big with a room with plenty of space even though we were four people living there. The kitchen is in a separate room and there is place to enjoy your meal at home, if that’s your wish.
Host was very helpful and very easy to get a hold on.
Clean and in walking distance to beach. For us a five minutes drive north was worth it. We found the beach there cleaner and inviting.
