Exceptional Vacation Destination

Husband loved being able to fish in the marina, right outside the door, and the convenience store around the corner offered live bait to keep him supplied. Very close by, good sized, grocery store let us grab several things to throw on the grill and relax by the water. Owner has gone above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable and we appreciate her very much. A great place to stay! Highly recommend!

Publié le 29 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe accomodations were stellar. We've stayed at 6 other locations for our annual family fishing trip. Mary and Gary have done this one right. Im used to bringing extra stuff for cooking, didnt need any of it this year. As far as my family is concerned, this is our forever spot!

Fishermans delight
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay,spacious,great access to gas station, grocery store and boat docked just outside your door! Highly recommend, especially for families that like to fish! Communication with owner is great, replies immediatly.

Mancation
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was extremely clean and well equipped for a fabulous week of walleye fishing. There was easy boat launching, a fish cleaning station, and the apartment was comfortable and roomy. The outside patio space was especially enjoyable and a great place to unwind after a great day fishing. We would absolutely love to return!!

beautiful dockside retreat
Publié le 11 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were in Syrause for a family reunion and wanted our own place to be able to get away. This was wonderful!! It had a great patio to sit and read in the morning and do yoga looking out at the lake. The rooms are large and we could have easily had more family over to hang out. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need. I would gladly go back next time we are in the area! The owners are very responsive. We did not bring a boat but this is definitely the perfect place if you have one.

Hidden gem
Publié le 9 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a great hidden gem - so cute. The covered deck is a great perk and your boat is literally 20 steps from boat to door - I counted !! The place is clean and huge !!! Only complaint would be it could use more lighting it is a little dark in there but besides that it’s a perfect get a way would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Stacy. You are right about the lighting with most of the windows on the south side the porch seems to keep the sun at bay. I appreciate your comment and will get creative with some LED’s

Fishing Delight
