Beautiful interior
Posted Mar. 6, 2024 on HotelsThe Beautiful interior of this hotel is just wonderful. We were very lucky as we stayed during a very quiet winter period so we’re able to advantage of the setting. Lovely bedroom with en-suite, bed very comfortable. Coffee machine and kettle on the first floor area with a choice of teas. We had breakfast included which was very good and plentiful. Very quiet town only a few minutes walk away.

This unique converted farmhouse had the feeling of a small historic family palacio. The building was constructed around 2 private internal courtyards…the open air courtyard having a private swimming pool.
My accommodation ( called “La despensa”) had a small living room area and a large bedroom. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It has to be said that Consuegra itself is not a large town but I am happy to have stayed 2 nights to have a full day there to enjoy the castle and windmills.
The Wifi was a bit unreliable at times but this was not a big problem for me.
The breakfast was good with variety of cold selections. Yogurts, fruits, meats and cheeses etc.
The hotel is very centrally located and a few minutes walk to the main square Plaza Espana. It is not a busy square but there is a choice of bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets.
Altogether, a great hotel to stay with it’s small “palacio” feel about it.

Imagine going back in time, and stay in a nice, home feeling, and love caring staff. It’s perfectly located near town main attractions, walkable everywhere and excellent food.
Strongly recommend for family and couples.
