Last minute decision

The check-in experience was slow and not the friendliest. You are required to provide your license plate number in order to begin the process. Parking is restricted to certain areas that are not clearly marked; if you park in the lot for the neighboring hotel you can be towed. There were only 2 handicapped parking spaces, one of which was blocked with construction materials. The room was clean. Difficult to locate the switches for the lights. Close to restaurants and the highway. I doubt I would stay here again. Front desk could not provide any kind of receipt at check out since I booked and paid through a 3rd party.

I sincerely apologize for the slow check-in process and the inconvenience you experienced with parking.Regarding the parking situation, we request license plate numbers during check-in to ensure that only hotel guests use our parking spaces and to avoid confusion with non-hotel patrons parking on the premises. This helps us manage the limited parking availability, especially near neighboring properties. I understand that the signage could be clearer, and we will review this to prevent any future confusion.I also apologize for the blocked handicapped parking spot due to construction materials. This is not our standard, and we will address this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.As for the receipt issue, when bookings are made through third-party websites, the invoice is issued directly by the third party, while the hotel invoices them separately. This is why our front desk team was unable to provide a receipt at check-out.I’m glad to hear that you found the room clean and enjoyed our location close to restaurants and the highway. We will work on improving the overall guest experience and hope you reconsider staying with us in the future.

Besides the insects and lizards in the room the has potential to be a nice hotel, need pest control

Additionally, all of our rooms, including the bathrooms, have recently been renovated to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay for our guests. Okay to stay for short stays.

Although the room appeared clean, there was trash left in the bathroom. Also there was ants in room and the air conditioning unit wasn't working properly.
