Door did not lock, avoid this property

Condo is spacious and enough beds to accommodate our party of 7. Pool area very nice. However condo itself is dated and I had safety concerns. Hassock in living room badly stained. 2 exposed outlets without faceplates. Fake wood countertop is disintegrating and pieces found in dishwasher. Biggest and most concerning problem is that the back door lock is broken and there is no way to lock door. my family and belongings were at risk our entire stay. I called customer service 6 times during our 3 night stay and the problem was never resolved and they did not follow up with me. Local maintenance did come up but was unable to fix the lock. State he needed permission from the owner to install a new lock, but was unable to contact the owner. I requested the management company, vasca, contact the owner because no one else could resolve the problem. As far as I know, this never happened. As far as I am concerned my family was at risk for our entire stay and Vasca did not seem to care. I was unable to relax and enjoy the stay. I asked for some sort of compensation and that was not addressed. I recommend that you do not book this condo or any property managed by Vasca. I am disappointed as I have always had good experiences with VRBO, but not this time

It worked

Property was ok - you can tell that it’s a rental and some items are worn and could be replaced. The ottoman was very stained and dirty. Bathrooms were dated. The oven did not work and contacted the property owner and never heard back. Plenty of space for everyone though. Overall it suited our needs for a quick 2 night stay.

Great location and spacious

This condo is perfectly located for ski resorts, outdoor locales and downtown shopping and restaurants. It was spacious and comfortable for 7 adults. The upstairs loft is a great space. Our only suggestions are to replace shower handle for better water temp adjusting, fix the drainage in shower, and add more lighting in dining/living area. We would stay here again.!
