Was quiet and I like the pool it was in the heat. I really enjoyed myself. They were nice and good manners
When I got to my room it was filthy. The beds had not been made, room was not clean, McDonald’s bags were on the bed and food in the refrigerator. I asked them to clean it while I went to dinner. When I got back and turned the TV on it didn’t work. When I called the front desk the lady was very rude and told me I just didn’t know how to work the TV. The pool was clean but the bathroom at the pool area had explosive diarrhea all over the walls that had not been cleaned. Will never stay there again.
Pretty run down overall. Probably the worst La Quinta I've stayed in. The deadbolt doesnt line up so the door doesnt lock. The white sheets are stained with yellow spots. The shower has mold and the curtain smells. The bed feels like sleeping on the floor. The A/C unit smells like it's on fire.
New Year's Eve - prostitutes.
No towels when we arrived.
Mess in hallway.
Spill in hallway - the guy mopping it up used one hand to mop, while talking on the cell phone with the other hand - as messy after as before.
Toilet didn't flush properly.
No milk/cream for coffee in the morning.
Sign to hotel too small and not well lit.
Free accommodations for pets, well-lit, host was polite. Didn’t like that floors in room were sticky and room smelled like cigarettes. Host offered to move me but it was late and I was exhausted from driving all day. I also had already moved many things into the room and didn’t want to relocate.
During check in the staff was watching videos and laughing at the video.
The room smelled like smoke… I had to report it so that I did not get charged for it. They told me they could not get me any more pillows. (2 on one bed, 3 on the other). They charged me for a pet fee the night I checked in and then when I tried to check out they charged me again… telling me my credit card was locked the night before (my credit card was not locked). I would not stay again and keep an eye on the credit card charges
My room was clean and everything seemed as if it worked without problems. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean as well as welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We arrived 2 hours early and person at desk wanted to charge us $25.00 to check in early. I reserved for 3 nights and only stayed one night because room was so dirty. Management was very poor and property run down looking. Carpets in halls were filthy. A very bad experience that cost me 2 nights because I had to check out early and go to another hotel. Very bad experience and I will not stay in La Quinta Inn again.
I had to wait 20 mins upon arrival which was around 9 pm because they did not had record of room booking which I was able to clarify with my phone email from hotel.com they had given room to someone else also keys didn’t work to room and tv didn’t work and housekeeper came in Sunday am while I was getting ready at 9 am so while I have been staying frequently there I will reevaluate that

The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. She helped a lot during my stay. The room was not as clean as I have seen at other La Quinta Inns where I have stayed. I drove solo with two dogs from CA to NC and La Quinta Inns were great for my stays.
Staff were helpful Octavia and Marco were gave exceptional service. Dog friendly with treats in yard. Location is close to anything you need. Would stay again.
