We had a nice stay, even if I broke my arm near the swimming pool!
The staff was nice, polite and really helpful.

Given a disabled double room when I booked a twin. Shower was about 4.5ft off the floor and ridiculous for a non disabled person. I booked the room back in March so there is no excuse for this. If you are going to put mobile people in disabled access rooms then put a second shower hook on point in for normal use. Other than that, nice food, spacious clean room, pleasant staff, easy parking, clean and an ironing board / iron which was very much appreciated.

Excellent property - spacious room with very comfortable bed, nice location, great breakfast. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely recommend

While this is a very attractive property there were no amenities in the rooms and the housekeeping was indifferent. And while the staff was nice the food was very disappointing.

This is a very nice hotel and the pool and spa are top notch. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are great views of the castle and we were lucky to have spectacular sunsets. The train station is about a ten minute walk for easy access to Llandudno or Manchester airport. The only issue we had was with the slow service at the restaurant as it appeared that there were many new staff members.
