Lovley old original property, our room had a nice view of the castle. Dinner was superb but we couldn’t reccomend the breakfast , The buffet ran out completely ( orange juice toast etc ) and wasn’t replenished for over half an hour in spite of us asking . We waited over an hour for our cooked breakfast to arrive . When it did arrive there was one rasher of bacon, one sausage, half a mushroom and one fried egg. I’m not a greedy person but it didn’t seem like a lot for £15. After waiting so long for our breakfast it would have been nice if the member of staff serving us had at least apologised for the long wait but unfortunately she didn’t.

Great location and worth a visit

The staff on arrival were attentive and helpful. Although a little quiet as just after New Year and everyone's catching up with themselves. The hotel was cosy, reasonably busy and the log fire gives it some charm. General areas looking a little tired, but not off putting

Beautiful hotel

This is the third time we ve stayed at this beautiful hotel .It is right in the center of Conway .The hotel.is full of character and the rooms are immaculate with lots of personal touches . The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble . The breakfast is tasty using local produce ..Thank.you for yet another amazing stay

Great location in the centre of town everything within few minutes walk (shops, cafes / restaurants, pubs, harbour) on site carpark to the rear of hotel a very good size rooms, Quirky and modern from historical building.

Good location. Excellent friendly staff. Car parking ok but narrow access to it. The one in the High Street was easy access, but tendency for it to be blocked by service vans. Would, without hesitation recommend The Castle Hotel Conwy.
