Fenêtre à moitié ouverte, matelas creusées, chambre avec une odeur étrange. Piscine extérieure non nettoyée.

We were placed on the 5th floor and the beds were uncomfortable, we had no water pressure so taking a shower was out of the question, the breakfast was not appealing and had no taste. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at this location and it used to be really nice. Will look elsewhere in the next couple of weeks.

The hotel is dated,room door lock kept malfunctioning. No extra TP in bathroom. Breakfast was not very appleaing, disappointing. But comvenient to highway & restaurants/shops.

This property feels like it has seen better days. Indeed, since I last used it, the hotel does seem to be less sparkly in amenities and in overall appearance. The first room I was assigned had a broken toilet: the seat was not attached to the toilet bowl. Nor did the restroom have soap. So there was definitely a maintenance issue. The icemaker in the common area seemed old and a bit rusty.
