Needs improvement, but could be good for the price
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsThe elevator button does not allow you to go tothe floor. To get to the first floor, someone on the first floor has to push the button when they are on that floor. This really sucks when you are staying in any floor above 1. Building right side door scanner does not work. So you have to either park or walk to the other side of the building. None of the gym equipment work. Was pretty disappointed as it caused me to miss out on my daily run.

Check in for a 3 night stay and went to the room. There was rust all over the lamp, refrigerator and chair. Went to the front desk and was told because it was a third party reservation I had to go through the company that I booked with. I did that and they spoke to the manager who said they would charge me for the night and refund 2 nights. Still waiting on the refund Woodspring Suites did not honor their word. Very disappointed customer.
