Nice for TTU visit
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here for our son’s TN Tech orientation. Nice to have living space, laundry and kitchen that we wouldn’t have had at a hotel. Definitely a bit worn but just as described. Nice welcome basket and waters.
Good to know that there is no paved path to the front door - must walk through grass. Great location for exploring TTU and downtown Cookeville.

A great little place to stay!

5 minute ride into town
Publié le 23 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was a good location and the communication with the property management was fine. Our only issue was that for a fee we paid for cleaning and a pet cleaning fee expected it to be much cleaner.

Hi Monica, thank you for your feedback, the pet fee is different from the cleaning fee. Each property has a corresponding cleaning fee per booking. While the pet fee is an added charge to the guest's account, only if they will be bringing a pet along. Hope this helps.

Will Be Staying Again!

Great location, conveniently located near everything in Cookeville, and never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. Apartment was nice and clean, and very spacious. Property manager was just a message away, and checked on us throughout the stay. Overall, this will be our go-to rental the next time we come up to Cookeville!
