Need to speak to service I'm being charged for a room which I was never stayed in cuz they couldn't find the reservation

Staff was rude and the room was dirty and musty smelling. Would not recommend this place to anyone.front desk clerks was sitting in the counter w8th her feet up on the counter not very professional

Hotel was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the heater for the pool was apparently not working so the pool was too cold to enjoy. This was one of the main things we had looked forward to when booking. Overall, tho, we still had a good experience.
