Room was mildew smelling. Asked for our money back with no issues.

Paid for stay 2 weeks in advance. Large incidental fee hold placed immediately upon checking in that takes up to 10 days to be released from card on file. Mislead by check in receptionist that hold would be removed immediately upon check out however it was not and their system takes up to 10 days to process.

Room was paid in advance to check in. A charge for “incidentals” in the amount of the room charge was applied to my card immediately upon check in. Was informed by front desk personnel the charge would be removed immediately upon check out. Again, confirmation was made upon check out the fee would be removed immediately. The next day the charge was still applied. I contacted the hotel and was told it takes up to 10 business days for their system to drop the charge. I will not stay at another Holiday Inn. I find it outrageous their system can place a charge/hold on your account immediately however it takes them up to 10 days to release the hold.

It was easy access off the interstate and easy access to restaurants
