The family room has a double-sided fireplace, formal dining room, kitchen with all appliances, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, screened back porch, oversized 2-car gar.

Girls trip
It was a pleasure staying at Patty's Place while visiting Cookeville. I was so impressed with how well-stocked the home was with extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, coffee, plenty of bath towels, laundry detergent everything you needed. The home was clean, cozy and was perfect for our party of 6. Close to restaurants and Walmart. The owners were helpful and really nice people. It was a great experience and would not hesitate to book Patty's Place again.

Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood
Stayed 3 nights we were in town for a family wedding at the Salt Box Inn. House was conveniently located to the venue, shopping and restaurants. It was well stocked , clean , big yard and lots of outdoor space. Would recommend and stay again !

Great Place
What a beautiful home in a safe and quite neighborhood. It is just a short drive to restaurants and other points of interest in the area. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The three large bedrooms and two full baths were a huge feature for us. Each bedroom had an outlet box which had built-in cell phone charging ports. The use of the garage was a great plus… I’d recommend this place to everyone.

We were so thankful to be able to stay at this clean and comfortable home while we were in town for a wedding. The three bedrooms and two full baths were very helpful for our family of 6 adults. The living room furniture was very comfortable gathering together. We also appreciated being able to park our cars in the garage since it was raining every day we were there. We would definitely recommend this home to stay in.

Awesome space
This is our 2nd stay at Patty's Place and I am sure that we will stay many more times . The location is in a nice subdivision, very convenient to the city of Cookeville, and close to outdoor attractions such as Burgess Falls State park and others. The home itself feels like a home with a great layout, spacious rooms and a wonderful kitchen. With our kids living in Cookeville, our family needs a big enough space for gatherings over food & Patty's has a big kitchen stocked with everything needed for lots of cooking. Patty's also has a big yard with a gazebo. We highly recommend Patty's Place.

So homey and quiet
I can't believe how nice everything is in this house. The appliances were top notch. The washer and dryer were Maytag Commercial. The water pressure was heaven for a rental. The water got pipping hot. The beds were amazing and the pillows were great too. I have never seen wooden floors so beautiful. I wish we would have been alittle more familiar with the T.V. system. we struggled alittle. The neighborhood was super to go for our walks. Everyone is so friendly there in Cookeville. All the places to eat was equipped with large seating areas. There was a party of 8 and we didn't have to wait at all any night we went out. Then there is the weather. It was so nice and it cooled down at night,making late afternoon walking a dream. If your undecided about where to stay, don't hesitate, this one is a winner. This house was perfect.

Basket Weavers Convention
Four of my family members, including me, looked for a place to stay while we were in town for a Basket Convention. this place gave us all our own space to sleep or think while having a beautiful home to enjoy each others company. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. very comfortable, lovely space inside and out.

Could not have asked for a better place!
We had Thanksgiving with my daughter and her family. The house is roomy and open. The kitchen was more than enough to fix a big meal. Nice neighborhood, too. Loved our stay. Would have given it six stars if I could.
