Everything was very good, the only thing that was a little disappointing was that one of the electric blankets didn't work.

The low rating is primarily due to rude staff behaviour. When we arrived at the motel, it was not very clear where to park the car and another car was also behind us, so we thought to park the car for a minute in a vacant spot in front of a room to go to reception and ask about it. In the meantime,a man came out and started shouting at us to park in front of reception. He could have just told us the same thing politely, there was no need for being so rude . Later when I went to the reception that person was at the reception desk and talked rudely again.

Dear GauravI apologise for the experience you had on your arrival. I have spoken with our manager and he said that he wasn't intentionally rude, he was just trying to get you to move your car, because where you had parked, the guest in that room was waiting to park his car. Good value. Easy checkin.
Single bed had a weird lump/ridge down the middle but otherwise all were comfortable and the room was warm. Surprisingly quiet too.
