The location could not be better but the online listing and the photograph of the exterior is not accurate. The whole property needs a lot of maintenance to be done. The carport needs cleaning out, the whole place is being overtaken by climbing plants .and the water is undrinkable. .

Beautiful Location

The Cottage was clean and tidy and well appointed.
The view was amazing.
This was our second visit and wont be the last.

Quiet

The cottage is in a nice location near the lake, it’s peaceful.
Lucky someone mentioned to take bottled water as the filtered water tap gave slightly brown water and the main kitchen tap gave water browner again.
The pillows on the queen bed were not very comfortable and the single beds were rather firm.

Away from the maddening crowd
Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayFab location. Would benefit if some basic supplies were available especially if small local store is closed (ie milk etc). It’s a long drive into Forster and return.
