Would stay there again.

Dreams Park Tournament

The location is outstanding and made all the difference in our experience. We were a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park, where we went to watch my Grandson play, but in walking distance to all that is available in Cooperstown village. I highly recommend!

Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept.
The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns.
The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable.
Definitely recommend this!
