From the beginning, there was no key in the lock box. Waiting for a person to arrive to let us in then we were told we were assigned the wrong room. Then we find the room is not ready. The refrigerator and stove were turned off, room dirty, kitchen cabinet shelves badly warped and broken drawers. The overall property is poorly maintained.

Pros: Nice location. Fully-stocked kitchen. Air conditioning. Plenty of pillows/bedding. New mattresses. Nice shower
Cons: cleanliness is mediocre. Some minor maintenance would improve doors (including jams), window coverings, and locks.
Overall, decent experience and yes, I’d stay there again.

Posted Jan. 16, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was a last-minute trip for a family emergency. I'm so glad I found this location! Convenient spot in Cooperstown, comfortable accommodations, and the owner was super friendly! Will definitely book again the next time I find my way up there
