The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on

Good Morning Jeff,Thank you very much for your feedback. Can you please tell me what room you were in? We just replaced 98% of the room with new mattresses. I just wanted to know if you were in the room with brand new mattress or the old one.

Very disappointing we will not stay there again

They allowed a patron to park a boat in the only handicap spot on our side of the hotel. We asked them to please have it moved as boats are not deemed handicapped and we had to walk a long way to our room which we both are handicapped. They did nothing and let us stay for two nights

Good Morning Stephen,Thank you very much for your stay. We definitely want you to come back. The issues you brought is very legitimate. It will not happen again. That day, those guys just park there without our permission and went for fishing. By the time they came back it was already too late but I promise you it never happened before and will not happen again.
