Good for clamming

House overall is dated and needs renovation. Kitchen is well stocked but everything needed washing before use. House needs at least a major and thorough deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay but would try a different place next time.

Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here. The house and location did not disappoint us at all. We had most of what we needed. It was clean and supplied with all the kitchen necessities we needed.
The walking path from the back yard really didn't go anywhere but all was good. We just went down the street to the walking path and bridge to access the beach.
It was so handy to have all the switches and items marked to what light and such it goes to.
Communication with the office was so easy for any check in and check out questions.
We would gladly stay with By the Sea homes again. My favorite management team yet.

Quiet, Simple, Spacious

Comfortable
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a ladies’ retreat at the Brathouse. It was easy to check in and out. It was pretty clean but had a few cobwebs. Plenty of room for 11 to stay comfortably. Easy to get to the beach walking on the road. We would stay there again.

Brat House

Comfortable and awesome location
