Hôtel sympa. Petit dejeuner en buffet qualitatif. Arrivée tardive possible.

Propre mais très basique
Publié le 19 nov. 2023 sur HotelsLes bruits du couloir sont très audibles depuis la chambre, heureusement il n'y avait pas trop de monde.
L'absence de bouilloire dans la chambre (il y avait la place) est un peu ennuyeuse, obligé d'aller à la réception pour de l'eau chaude (si vous avez un enfant au biberon, il faut donc "faire un stock" avant que la réception de ne ferme à minuit).

The staff was wonderful, very helpful. My room was clean, but the quality of the bed was poor, like what you would expect in a 1-star hotel. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet flusher was broken and as a whole, the bathroom was like what a 1-star hotel would have. For $125/night, I expected much better quality.

Regarding the bed quality - we have a standard bed that been updated during the renovation. If you are referring to the size, you reserved a small single rooms, hence the bed size increases if you reserve a single superior room. We appreciate the feedback about bathroom and we are going to forward your notes to responsible personel.
