Close to the metro station, location is excellent. Everybody was nice and helping and the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The only problem we had was that the cooling and ventilation system is in bad need for an upgrade, so the room was too hot at night, despite 18 degrees outside, so we slept very poorly.

Good Hotel, failed communications

I have stayed at Scandic Falkoner for six nights. I enjoyed my stay for the most part, Breakfast is very good; the waffle makers are quite popular. The complimentary hot beverages offered in the reception area are a nice touch. There was only one elevator, and taking the stairs was not easy and seemed discouraged. One big issue for me was my arrival. I wrote to the hotel twice through hotels.com to enquire about the equipment in the room to recharge electronics and didn't get an answer. I wanted to start a dialogue because I was coming from Canada on an overnight flight and would arrive early in the morning. Since there was no answers to my messages, I couldn't let them know of my flight number and early arrival. So I got there at 8:30 AM and had to wait until at least 1PM in the reception area for my room. I was exhausted. I knew that there was an option for early arrival and was willing to pay for it, but I couldn't arrange for it. So, my visit to Copenhagen started on a bad note, but I enjoyed my stay nonetheless.

Disappointing stay

The room we had was not properly cleaned. Crumbs on the floor. Fingerprints clearly visible here and there. The remote control for the TV did not work. Asked for a new one. We were told that it had been replaced but the “new” one didn’t work either. We were told we had to ask for the room to be cleaned a day in advance. We did it when we checked in. However, when we got back to the room the day after it had not been cleaned. We arrived at the hotel at 21.30 and the restaurant was closed and no room service was available.

Nickel, juste à 50m de la station Rosenberg avec les lignes M1, M2 et M4. 1 Métro toutes les 2 ou 4 minutes en permanence la journée. Confort, bien accueilli et petits-déjeuners complets. Très bon choix
