Nous avons passés 4 nuits dans ce logement, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le logement est vraiment très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Malgré sa situation dans une cours intérieur, il est un peu bruyant à cause du bar qui est dans la rue.
Je conseille cet appartement qui est dans l'ensemble très bien, quelques détails à améliorer les toilettes bougent, la porte du congélateur ferme mal et la hotte ne fonctionne pas. (au vu du prix assez élevé, on ne devrait pas avoir ce type de problème)

The property is very central with easy pedestrian access to all major central areas. Streetview of the neighbourhood is a put-off, but it is much better than that impression. The apartment is reasonably furnished, but lighting is dim in the dining area.
Reception is self check-in, which worked quite well, but I regret not being able to meet my host in person, an enjoyable part of travel. Self check-in discards another opportunity for human interaction.

Dear guest, Thanks for staying with us, as mentioned we have double tested everything as well as building managament and other guests/residents are using this gate as well since it is closed from 6 pm each day. We have not discovered any issues- we hoped to talk to you as well as show you the correct use but unfortunately we could not get through.

Disappointment, missing amenities
Publié le 7 juill. 2023 sur HotelsThe washer and dryer, which is listed as an amenity, are not available. Host did not respond to communications through hotels.com. Upon calling them, we were told to send a message.
Floors were creaking all over.
Shower had no pressure.

The one you booked I am afraid is without that amenity. Not Clean or Quiet

While the unit was easy to find and apartment features were as pictured, upon arrival, I found the unit to be quite dirty. The kitchen had smelly, spoiled food in the refrigerator and the bathroom had someone's black hair all over the sink, walls, and floor. It was late on the 2nd day of Christmas and I was exhausted from traveling for 2 sleepless days so I knew my quickest path to a shower and bed were to clean myself vs try to find somewhere else to stay. I alerted the host and did not hear back until I followed up a second time before my departure. They supposedly reached out but kind of hard to believe it's the only messages I didn't receive from them when I received all of the others pre check in / prior to checking out. They returned my cleaning fee at my request, which, after covering the cost of the cleaning supplies I had to purchase, I feel was hardly a concession. In addition, the walls / floors are extremely thin. Despite traveling with a sound machine turned on at full volume, I could not sleep through the loud noise traveling from other units. You can hear every word of their conversations and feel every step they take vibrate through the apartment. For the price I paid and the value I received, I feel I could have saved money and had a more pleasant experience elsewhere.
