Hôtel à l'architecture sympa. Les chambres sobres ont la vue sur la vallée, avec un petit coin salon. Par contre ne pas manger au restaurant qui n'est vraiment pas bon et cher.

Very friendly staff, made us feel like a family. Close to Chivay main square, nice retreat.

Beautiful facilities!

Pour : The gardens and restaurant right on the facility so we didn't have to leave!
Contre : Larger beds and English speaking staff!
Emplacement : Location was up a large hilly incline so wanting to walk around town was not an interest to us. We went to the thermal baths in the afternoon.
Check-in was difficult as the two there were not fluent in English. I had booked a room with a view but had to look at two other rooms before we settled in without a room with the view I had asked for. The staff were very helpful and brought us hot water for tea plus free bottled water for us was already in the room. It was very cold that night and the following morning but again the staff came to our rescue and showed us how to use the wall heater. The meal at the restaurant was delicious and the right serving size. The gardens within the hotel area were gorgeous and well kept up. The beds are only full but we sure enjoyed having a washcloth for our shower; the first in our two weeks already in Peru!

Hotel caro pelo que oferece

A cidade é muito simples com poucas opções de hotéis. Com isso escolhemos o Pozo. O hotel fica afastados do centro, uma caminhada de 1km mais ou menos, hotel limpo, serviço ok. O lado negativo é que só aceita dinheiro e pagamento na hora. Dentro das opções da cidade é bom, porém olhando as opções do Peru é um hotel muito caro pelo que oferece.

Pozo From Hell

Got to the hotel after traveling all day. They had no record of my reservation even though I had a confirmed reservation number from Expedia.. after talking with a few people, the issue was resolved. On checkout, i was told they did not accept Mastercard, only Visa even though I had used my Master cad to reserve the room. They asked for cash, which I refused to guve them. They wanted me ti go to an ATM and take out a cash advance to pay for the room. I refused to do that. My son endedd up using his Visa card and we left never to return again!!

Very nice hotel

I believe it would be the best hotel and Chiva and honestly speaking I'm not disapoint with the hotel as every is great including staff, environment, room's condition, breakfast and anything else but one point is water is not hot. I believe that would be the problem of whole Chiva and actually hot water is available at the early time but it's getting cold at night time

Experiencia inolvidable

Chivay nos recibio con lluvia toda la tarde y noche, mucho frio pero no. fue obstaculo para admirar la belleza del paisaje, del hotel, del lugar . El trato super amable de Isabel que se preocupo de cada detalle para mi hijo y para mi.
