Great unit but remote vacasa support is subpar

The condo is in a great location and very well kept but getting past the remote vacasa support to reach someone local that can help with issues is near impossible.

Never Rent from Vacasa again

for dollars spent this was the worst rental experience i have ever had. I have rented campsites and used my own tent and been more satisfied. Questions i sent through VRBO were literally never answered. When i called Vacasa support for clarifying questions on check in instructions, they just read the instructions back to be and were unable to answer questions in greater detail. When i requested a call back from someone local - i had to wait hours to get a call. The walls for the bedroom units rented separately are exteremely thin. One neighbor, or the other, was partying every night. The check in instructions are very clear about quiet hours and consequences if you get a noise complaint, but there is no way to file a noise complaint at copper. I was up at 1 in the morning for an hour trying to file one and was not able to get any response from any number. If you look at this room from the outside - it is the ONLY one without blinds on the sun room. The fold out bed has sheets but no blanket. We found a single blanket that was not big enough to cover the bed, with some pillows, and another, even smaller blanket in the closet, which was FILTHY. The lack of effective customer service, and lack of basic room amenities - were completely unforgivable. I will never rent from Vacasa again.

Thank you for staying with us, Seth. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. Upon receiving your review, we followed up with our local manager regarding your concerns. They responded and assured us that new blinds are on the way, and they have submitted your feedback to our housekeeping manager. As for the noise, Copper has a strict noise policy which guests can be evicted for violating. All noise complaints should be submitted to Copper building management to ensure they are appropriately addressed. While we understand your disappointment, we hope you will allow us a second chance to impress you in the future.
