The check in process not smooth. No one was there. My key ed wprking 3 days in to unlock the door. My dog was stressed and I was too. Didnt get worked put for an hour or ao. Great plface ugh.

Disappointed

Great location being right on Copper, but unfortunately the property left something to be desired. Literally the bathroom sink was missing the "cold" handle, the bathroom fan did not work, the kitchen sink aerator needs to be cleaned and there was a 1/4" of dust on top of the dryer unit. Two coffee pots, lots of filters, but not coffee. With all of the correspondence VRBO sent me you think they could have mentioned that.

Very dirty. Sheets smelled and we were forced to go buy new ones. Floors turned our socks black when we walked around without shoes. View from balcony was good. Furniture in living room was old and dirty. We will not be back!!

Short trip with hound dog!

As listed! Needs some updates to furniture and lamps etc. but overall as I expected. Fire place not working, would have been nice for a hr each evening!

Spring break skiing.

Great location. Short walk to and from lift. Well stocked condo. Could use ski storage? Maybe there was some somewhere? Check out/in is not very convienient. Hot tub could use an update. Loved skiing Copper. Will return next year.

management through Vacasa was awful

The unit itself was okay, reasonably clean and kitchen had essentials and more. Decor is quite dated and even tho it seemed mostly clean, the upholstered couch/chairs were not so much. Water pressure in shower was great. Proximity to slopes was great. Management via Vacasa was AWFUL. Very unresponsive, issue with parking pass not being in unit, unknown assigned parking spot, and could not get intelligent response/resolution without texting multiple times, then calling, then asking for supervisor bc issue not resolved. Issue with exiting garage once able to park, and no keypad that management kept repeating should be on inside as well as outside. Again no satisfactory response/resolution, ran into someone in the hallway and asked, and there is a rope to tug on that triggers garage to open from inside. These were relatively minor issues, but our car had to be parked outside instead of inside of garage first night, and car was cold and snow covered. Would be a nightmare if had a serious problem and had to deal with Vacasa. Would avoid this place primarily due to poor management.
