Terrible stay and poor communication

To start off the listing states sleeps 8, which is not true. Sleeps 4 at most. The place does NOT provide a locker for your skis!!!! more then 2 days (we booked 6) worth of any kitchen supplies like dishwasher pods, towels, bathroom essentials. Told us to get our own pods and wash our towels in the laundry facilities. Kitchen missing essentials to make any type of dinner like: -big pot -cutting board -kettle -pizza cuter -ice trays -frying pan All the sheets were stained at arrival. The pillows had big yellow marks and bedding was absolutely disgusting. Will never book again. And the lack of any requests was completely ignored.

Short ski trip getaway

It was great. 5 stars the only problem which was solved was no extra blankets for the extra bed. Many pillow but some were stained with blood and others just old. Otherwise great stay. I would recommend.

The keys that we got at the lockbox did not work. We spent nearly two hours making multiple phone calls to Vacasa reps to get ahold of someone local. Eventually once it escalated to a local operations manager, we were given the Vacasa office code to retrieve master keys. It was disappointing to deal with this check in drama on such a short trip.

Great Location, not so great bed!

Overall, location couldn't be much better but the bed needs updated as it sinks in the center and the bedroom gets very hot at night even though the heat is set low.
