Clean and quiet even if the suite is below owners...a queen would be nice but the double does the job, great space and easily walkable to Coquitlam Centre etc..

My #1 priorities for a vacation rental were net: clean, good location and quiet .

Lovely spot to stay in the Coquitlam area
Publié le 6 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit hosts two adults comfortably. Kitchen is well-appointed, bedroom area also has couch for watching tv. Washer/dryer unit is handy and efficient. On-street parking is quite convenient.
Unit and neighborhood very quiet. The place is only about 5 minutes from grocery stores, great coffee shop (JJ Beans), restaurants, etc.
A great bargain all around!

The unit was great. Easy Access, clean, adn it has a washer dryer. Small, but all we needed for what we were doing. The floors were a little cool, Laminate on Concrete. The ambient temperature in the room was good. There was a space heater available for use as well.
