Very nice and private villa!
Publié le 25 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe villa has everything you need and is the best we have stayed in on trips to Coral Bay. It's in a good location being only 5 mins walk to shops/groceries/takeaways/bars/restaurants and only 8-10 mins walk to the coast. Only 2-3 mins drive to a big supermarket. One of the best things for us, is that it was very private (many villas in Coral Bay have low walls/fences between neighbouring villas, this has high lush hedges and foliage - perfect. Also love the self check-in with a key lock box.

Great Villa in Peaceful Location

Relaxing family holiday, great location
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have used Lisa’s and Felix’s villas in the past and this one was no different, excellent location, very close to beach and shops and Coral bay strip. Car not require but we had one. Villa is totally private, clean lots of equipment. Pool was fantastic, large and deep one end. Kids loved it and went for night time swims as it has lights. Lovely spacious villa with good air con. Great communication by Lisa and Felix, you would be well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa, , villa Grace. Would definitely come back again.

Summer break at Villa Grace, Coral Bay
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe communication and support upfront from Lisa was excellent, even helping with airport taxi bookings.
On arrival, the welcome package was very generous and of good quality.
Location wise, if you dont mind a decent stroll, it's literally a mile to the main strip at Coral Bay, or just a short walk to the nesrest bars/restaurants. The main supermarket, Phillippo's, was also just a steady walk, albeit on a main road with no pavement, and they offer a free taxi back to the villa too... definitely worthwhile in the July/August heat!
The villa itself was nice and provided a good, safe base for our holiday. As others have mentioned, it is a little tired and needs a bit of investment in the off-season.
Couldn't speak highly enough of both Lisa and Felix though... if we needed anything, they were available on WhatsApp and sorted us out within 24 hours.

The villa is exactly as the photos portray and is priced accordingly, were we to replace bathrooms,kitchen etc the price would obviously substantially increase so we ensure its portrayed accurately and lovely and clean for a great family holiday.

Amazing Pool & Lovely Villa
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe villa was lovely, well equipped with everything needed. The pool was amazing. Loved the welcome pack on arrival. Lisa & Felix arranged the taxi to & from the airport which was great & the information folder was really helpful. Not far to walk to the supermarket & we used the free taxi back. Walk to Coral Bay strip ok going but felt a longer walk back at night in the heat & after a few cocktails! Then again we needed the exercise after some lovely meals out & the villa was in a lovely peaceful area.
The bus was easy to use and very cheap too so a car is not needed.
This was our first experience of a villa holiday & definitely won’t be the last.
Would definitely recommend this villa and the Coral Bay area.

Nice villa with great pool area
Publié le 26 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall very happy with our stay. Had some issues with the A/C in one of the bedrooms but fixed same day after contacting Felix. There are two safes in the twin rooms but none in the main which was a little odd but we could not use them due to the previous occupants changing the key code and it took 10 days for this to be unlocked via a locksmith. On first impressions the villa looked clean but my wife had to clean all the flooring as if you saw the colour of the water after she had cleaned it was obviously this had not been done or very poorly. The cupboards also needed cleaning out as well due to dust in them!. Maybe who ever cleans the villa on turn around this needs checking as it was unacceptable!.
Bedrooms are OK but strange no dressing table in any so I brought up a downstairs small table for my wife and nieces to use in the evening to get ready!.
Pool area is great and a very good size which is deep so small children will need to be watched!. 6 sun beds available and a large patio table with an umbrella which we used a lot. There is a small raised outdoor area attached to the house which we used a lot but the wicker chairs and table need replacing as two are held together with cable ties.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but some areas of the villa are very tired and need tending too but we found out that the owner is selling the villa so I do not think this will be done.

We are quite surprised as to the below as the message you left Felix thanking us for a lovely stay doesnt convey the below?
We explained we were sorry re the previous guests changing the safe combination and unfortunately we could not gain access to it until the locksmith could come,his priorities however are for people getting locked out of properties understandably, we werent made aware immediately that it had been left locked.
The owner constantly invests in the villa, last season having the pool relined and the lovely new large corner settee in the lounge. He is testing the water re whether to sell post brexit or not but rest assured this does not impinge on any bookings or his commitment to the property.
We do say in the villa guide children should be watched at all times, i am surprised you say children should be watched as the pool is deep. We recommend you never let a child out of your sight when outside ! we cannot stress this enough!.This villa has the benefit of the outside lounge area being gated so keeping little ones from the pool area unless supervised , this was key for the owner having a young family themselves..
All the floors were mopped prior to arrival the lovely smell when you walk in is the cleaning product we use. No mention was made of any of this during your stay? we live literally 5 minutes away and say on the welcome letters anything at all please contact us? you contacted us when you reported the ac after a week not cooling and we had an engineer straight out in a few hours. Anything in the villa we would have done the same.

Was told to cover sunbed with a towel so they knew they were unclean.HYGIENE a very big problem,had to go to supermarket to buy disinfectant products and scrub clean sunbed cushions.text owners (phoned but would not answer) he came round next day.the bad thing about this is not even an apology as if was ok.He ask have you gone and bought new sunbed cushions.you need to listen to customer reviews and not brush them aside,and then blame it on the customer HYGIENE!!

The below isn't really a review, not mention of the villa, standards, cleanliness, location, welcome pack etc, and is written in the same manner you addressed Felix. Writing words in capitals is like shouting at someone.
Guests can see from previous reviews on all our properties we take customer care very seriously and do listen and act on an relevant feedback and our regularly praised on our communication skills both before during and after the stay..
Firstly your welcome letter says to text rather than phone as Felix is often in a pool house so no reception or with a guest so would be unable to answer, he then can promptly reply to the text which he did.
The outside was cleaned and the pool on the day of your arrival as we had guests departing the same day ( who have already booked for next year!)
we had a shower and strong winds for only half an our ( which is unheard of in august) this mean bougainvillea leaves from out lovely garden landing in the pool. we provide a pool net as its a constant having leaves drop. Felix however did come back for you the next morning to remove the leaves!
the rain is very sandy, the cushions however were new the beginning of the season and are thick ones coated in plastic so an easy wipe down which is done between lets. we do provide pool towels not to hide a cushion but for guests comfort as sitting on them in the august heat would be very hot !
I have never heard of anyone disinfecting an outside cushion for hygiene!! this isnt something we do. and certainly isnt a common cleaning practise.,
